We provide treatment in a clam professional setting. The treatment aims to support your overall wellbeing. Your practitioner will explain the proposed treatment plan and answer any questions to make sure you are comfortable prior to treatment.

We use sterile micro needles to manage and promote overall healing ,wellness and health by stimulating strategic points in your body causing the release of natural painkillers such as endorphins.

How Acupuncture Works

The Traditional View: Needles placed at specific points restore (vital energy) and balance. (Qi)

Modern View: Needles stimulate nerves, muscles, and connective tissue to boost blood flow causing the release of natural painkillers called endorphins.

What happens?

  • Appointments begin with a Consultation. The initial appointment and treatment usually takes 45–60 minutes
  • Symptoms, medical history and your treatment goals are discussed.
  • The process is generally considered painless. Usually, 5-20 ultra fine needles are placed for 20-30 minutes. Additional Stimulation by various means (e.g. tweeking, mild heat, pressure, or electrical impulses) may be used for further stimulation.
  • Practical information and aftercare advice is also provided.

Results

Many people find it a helpful way control a painful condition. Results do vary between  patients. Acupuncture has very few side effects, so it may be beneficial when more-conventional methods of controlling pain are less effective.
